Tory Flowers Stagnaro is a highly skilled and experienced video producer who has made a name for herself by providing exceptional services to clients in need of quality video production. With over two decades of experience, Tory has worked tirelessly to meet the video production needs of clients across various sectors.

Tory began her career at CNN in Washington, DC in 1997, where she developed her passion for visual storytelling. She continues to freelance for CNN’s Special Events Department and has worked with numerous clients across a variety of industries, including non-profit organizations, schools, and law firms. Some of her notable clients include The Tower Hill School, The Connelly Foundation, Horizons, Chester Charter Scholars Academy Foundation, and Cozen O’Connor.

Tory attended Gettysburg College and majored in Political Science and Communications. She interned with CNNI in London and KYW in Philadelphia while in college and then moved to Washington, D.C. in 1997. It was there that she started her career with CNN and worked on the show Inside Politics with Judy Woodruff and Bernard Shaw. She covered the 2000 presidential election and September 11th for CNN. She moved home to Philadelphia in 2003 and continues to freelance for CNN Special Events and has covered the 2015 Pope’s trip to the World Meeting of Families, the 2016 Democratic Convention, the 2021 and 2022 July 4th Special Coverage, and the most recent Pennsylvania primary with Wolf Blitzer, Michael Smerconish, and Kasie Hunt.

One of Tory’s most significant achievements was helping Philadelphia Futures and Steppingstone Scholars merge to become Heights Philadelphia. As someone who understands the non-profit world and the need to connect with donors, she was instrumental in creating professional videos that helped tell the organization’s story and mission in a compelling way.

Tory worked in Episcopal Academy’s Advancement Office, where she gained valuable fundraising insight before venturing out to start her own production company, Toryville, in 2022.

Together with her business partner and technical guru Dax Roggio, they collaborate with clients to deliver videos that not only look great but also tell their stories in meaningful and thoughtful ways. Their unique approach ensures that each client’s message is conveyed effectively, resulting in a video that is engaging and visually appealing.
